I select essential oils known for their antiviral, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, or immune-supportive properties — with the aim of gently strengthening your system, calming allergy-related responses, or reducing overall reactivity.

In fact, virtually all essential oils have bactericidal properties, and many are believed to promote the production of white blood cells — helping to prevent and support recovery from infections. Those who regularly use essential oils are often said to have greater resistance to illness and bounce back more quickly when they do fall unwell.
