I offer two ways to create your personalised aromatherapy blend:
Individual Bespoke Products — from £20
Select a single product (body oil, face oil, room diffuser oil, or steam inhalation blend) and complete a short online consultation form. Perfect if you know what you're looking for and prefer a streamlined process.
Bespoke Consultation Service — £75
Enjoy a 20-30 minute one-to-one Zoom or phone consultation with me, followed by two personalised products chosen together during our conversation. Ideal if you'd like a more in-depth, guided experience with professional support.
How the Online Form Consultation Works
(Individual Bespoke Products)
Step 1: Place Your Order
Choose the type of custom blend that suits your needs — body oil, face oil, steam inhalation blend, or diffuser oil.
Step 2: Fill Out Your Consultation Form
After your purchase, you'll receive a link to a short consultation form via email.
Each product has its own dedicated form, tailored to the type of blend you've chosen. The form includes essential questions about your health, scent preferences, and any sensitivities — and also invites you to share anything you'd like supported emotionally. There's optional space if you'd like to add more detail, too.
Step 3: I Create Your Custom Blend
Using your responses, I carefully select up to six essential oils just for you. Each blend is diluted to suit your age, skin type, emotional and physical needs — ensuring it's both safe and effective.
Step 4: You Receive Your Blend + Guidance
Your blends arrive beautifully wrapped in Japanese chiyogami paper, with a personalised aftercare note explaining your blend details and how to use them.
How the Zoom/Phone Consultation Works
(Bespoke Consultation Service)
Step 1: Book Your Consultation
Purchase the Bespoke Aromatherapy Consultation Service and you'll receive booking details to schedule your 20-30 minute consultation at a time that suits you.
Step 2: Your One-to-One Consultation
During our Zoom or phone call, I'll take time to listen carefully to your current physical and emotional state, lifestyle, scent preferences, and wellness goals. Rather than choosing a scent first, your blend is created based on what your body and mind may be asking for right now.
Step 3: We Choose Your Products Together
Together, we'll select two personalised products from body oil, face oil, room spray/diffuser oil, steam inhalation blend, or roll-on — whichever combinations will best support your current needs and daily routine.
Step 4: I Handcraft Your Blends
After our consultation, I'll create your two bespoke products with carefully selected essential oils, each diluted appropriately for safe and effective use.
Step 5: You Receive Your Blends + Aftercare
Your blends arrive beautifully wrapped in Japanese chiyogami paper, with a personalised aftercare note explaining your blend details and how to use them. UK shipping is included.
Blending for Pregnancy & Children
Your safety is my top priority. If your blend is for a child or for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, please indicate this in the consultation form or during our call. I follow clinical guidelines for dilution and essential oil selection, using only oils considered safe for these life stages.
Professional Care
All blends are created by Rui, an IFA-qualified aromatherapist, with careful consideration given to safety, contraindications, and individual circumstances. Pregnancy, medical conditions, current medication, and sensitivities are all taken into account.
Returns & Exchanges
All AromaYasumi blends are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to make it right.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
