Each bespoke blend begins with you — your story, your needs, your well-being.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose the type of custom blend that suits your needs — body oil, face oil, steam inhalation blend, or diffuser oil.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Consultation Form

After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to a short consultation form via email.

Each product has its own dedicated form, tailored to the type of blend you’ve chosen. The form includes essential questions about your health, scent preferences, and any sensitivities — and also invites you to share anything you’d like supported emotionally. There’s optional space if you’d like to add more detail, too.

 

Blending for Pregnancy & Children

Your safety is my top priority. If your blend is for a child or for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, please indicate this in the form. I follow clinical guidelines for dilution and essential oil selection, using only oils considered safe for these life stages.

Step 3: I Create Your Custom Blend

Using your responses, I carefully select up to six essential oils just for you. Each blend is diluted to suit your age, skin type, emotional and physical needs — ensuring it’s both safe and effective.

Step 4: You Receive Your Blend + Guidance

Your custom blend will be sent with a personalised note explaining the oils chosen, why they were selected, and how to use your blend safely and effectively. All packaging is simple and minimal, using recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible — part of my commitment to sustainable practice.

Returns & Exchanges

All AromaYasumi blends are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
